We strive to serve all guests at different price points and levels at Shear Joy Salon. We believe in continuing education and consistently improving our skills. We also believe that if an artist has more education and more demand for their time, that they should be properly compensated for their expertise.

What this means to you...
This means that your stylist may be working with an associate while doing your hair. Associates are licensed hair stylists that are refining their skills and learning the Shear Joy way before becoming an independent stylist.
After completing the program and testing they are set forth as stylist. This insures that all stylist are properly trained so they can provide the Shear Joy Experience expected by our guests.
