Payment methods:

Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx

Gift cards:

Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase date unless otherwise noted during promotional periods

Pets:

We ask that no pets come to appointments unless they are a working service animal.

Children:

Children are welcome in the salon, however, if you have a long appointment we ask that you bring activities for them to do in an effort for them to not disturb the other guests in the salon.

Redo policy:

If you are unsatisfied with your hair, we ask that you let us know within one week and we will adjust it at no charge. This does not apply if you change your mind on the overall look or if expectations were set that your hair would take multiple sessions for the desired result.

Cancellation policy:

We ask that you cancel your appointment as soon as possible, so that your stylist can have as much time as possible to fill the spot.

Service Guarantee/Refund Policy:

We want you to be happy with your hair at Shear Joy Salon. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we ask that you let us know so we can correct anything within one week of your service.

Please note that we cannot guarantee color services when the retail products are not purchased through us. We cannot be sure of products that have been repackaged or sold by a third party, such as TJMAXX, Target, Walgreens, Publix etc.

COVID protocols:

With the rescinding of the mask mandate by Gov. DeSantis, the growing number of vaccinations and availability, Shear Joy Salon has chosen to make masks optional during your visit. We are committed to making your experience the best, so if you prefer your stylist to wear a mask or want to use our private room, let us know when you come in and we will be happy to accommodate you. We also have KN95 masks available to you at the front desk, should you want to wear one.
